Random notes:
Arm throwcontrol one of the opponent’s arms (with an overhook or by grabbing their wrist/arm). Step in with the lead foot between their feet and turn your back to them, drop hips below their center of gravity while holding their arm across your body. Maintain control of their arm throughout the throw so your land in a dominant position, ideally side control or top mount.
Fireman’s carry – control their arm by grabbing the tricep or wrist, drop level by bending at the knees and stepping deep between their legs while shooting your head under their armpit and pulling their arm across your body, reach across and grab the inside of their far thigh with your back arm. Drive upwards with your legs to lift them onto your shoulders, and then roll them off your shoulders diagonally to the mat.
