Notion has become one of the main platforms I use for organizing everything I do on a daily basis. I use it to store knowledge databases, a daily template that I follow, and timelines and concepts for individual projects I’m working on. These projects include career timelines, a page in which I plan out building my own degree and financing, time management notes I’ve gathered over the years on different activities, and credit card systems.
The most frequent thing I use it for is my daily briefing, a daily template I use to make sure I’m hitting all my goals for the day, specific to whatever the project happens to be focusing on at the time (MMA at the time of writing this page).
I also use several free accounts set up in Zapier to automate several tasks, such as automatically uploading any Stava activities to the main page on this side for accountability, scraping the web for updates or if certain phrases or words pop up, and connecting my Goodreads profile with my Notion database.
This other video is over a year old, but helps give you an idea on how much I’ve expanded my use of Notion through the entire project.
