Bruce Wayne’s Sleep Schedule
INTRO
Bruce Wayne’s sleep schedule is on of the biggest factors in his ability to remain so productive. The Dark Knight uses one of the most extreme schedules of polyphasic sleep ever created.
Polyphasic sleep, or sleeping in multiple shorter sessions as opposed to one 6-8 hour block, isn’t a new concept, nor is it only practiced in one place. The Siesta sleep schedule is extremely popular in Spain. One of my roommates from college converted to the Siesta sleep schedule after spending a semester abroad in Italy, where it was very common.
RESOURCES
The follow website has been the main resource on my research into polyphasic sleep and its possibilities for implementation into a real life Bruce Wayne’s schedule.

I would suggest that you don’t follow polyphasic sleep patterns as it is not as researched nor does it provide any benefits whatsoever. Unless you have the special gene that makes you sleep less, it would only make you miserable.
I have researched the topic. It is bad, especially when you’re younger.

I currently sleep until I naturally wake up. Hate that it’s around 7-9 hours but tryig to see it as an investment so that I can go 100% while awake. When I was working two jobs, training for a marathon, and lifting while trying to adapt to the everyman, I started having dreams that I was at work, only to wake up and realize I was at work.

Do Bi-Phasal sleep, it’s better researched and it’s what historically had been done for thousands of years, especially in western society.
I’ve been trying to implement it for my prayer life but it would work for anything. It consists of two relatively similar blocks of 3-5 hours of sleep with a 0.5-2 hour block of being awake in the middle.
A study was done that showed that when people were removed from artificial light this is the sleep pattern they fell into after mere weeks. You should try it
