WRESTLING
Moves practiced: double leg – from a lefty stance, bring the right knee down and push shoulder into opponent’s stomach, then and only then pick back leg up and plant it forward, look up(defends against guillotine) while securing the gable grip and twisting opponent to the ground to the right (opposing the side which has the forward foot planted and pushing off of).
Collar tie – use arm from the side of the rear leg
